We are capable of handling any of our customers’ excess workload by carrying out mechanical assembly of anything from small electrical assemblies to full chassis integration including test, production rework and final packaging. Our ESD safe environment insures that material is protected and remains undamaged. Dedication to working together with the customer and supplied assembly instructions means that we can provide quality service and repeatable product assembly without defect.

We are able to undertake everything from simple sub-assemblies (e.g. transformers, switches, power supplies, patch panels, etc.) to complete product builds (e.g. satellite receivers/amplifiers, vehicle and air monitoring devices, etc.)

Equipment

We have the latest wire and cable processing machinery together with a milling machine for use with plastics, alloys, wood and circuit boards. We also have product testing and packaging capabilities. Here's a sample of the current machines we have access to;
