Product Capability

We design and assemble a wide range of cable products in line with our customers' needs. The cable assemblies we produce regularly exceed our customers' expectations. We have a large number of special tools for creating quality cables to exacting standards and we are capable of producing small and large volumes of product quickly and competitively. We also provide a very quick turn around service for simple cable/wire cutting and stripping.

We are able to assemble everything from small electrical and mechanical assemblies to full chassis integration including test, inspection and final packaging. Our ESD (electrostatic discharge) protected working environment prevents damage to sensitive electronic components during the assembly process. We are capable of handling any of our customers excess workload and/or production rework.

Our capabilities include the assembling of high quality through-hole and SMT printed circuit assemblies as well as circuit board modifications and rework for engineering prototypes. We provide written feedback on all assemblies to prevent costly errors during higher volume assembly and product integration.

Quality

We believe that Quality Control is the most crucial part of our work. With this in mind, we have developed rigorous internal Quality Control Procedures based on ISO 9002 standards, thereby ensuring that our products are delivered defect-free.
